Our '4 Steps to Success' process allows our clients to achieve remarkable results. The journey takes people from a place of feeling unfit and confused about exercise and nutrition, to feeling fit, strong, educated and proud of their body.

We consult with you individually before your first session and every 6 weeks thereafter.

Using the results from your assessment, we work with you to develop a Plan of Attack that is realistic and will help you achieve your goals.

Throughout your weekly training your progress is monitored so you can realise your achievements. You will also receive the support and encouragement of other members and trainers.

We know nothing motivates you more than seeing your hard work deliver the results you want so every 6 weeks the assessment phase is repeated to ensure you are on track to achieving your goals.
